Cheated out of our deposit money

We hired a holiday house at Pocono Lake, PA through Pocono Rental Realty for 3 times within the Memorial Day weekend. After our holiday was around, we obtained a phone 24 hours later in the agent that the Television was lacking in the home. We informed them that people didn't go and also have pictures obtained displaying it moments before we quit.
