Non-refund of deposit

We needed care of the holiday rental like our very own. We're exceptionally clear and careful and quit the area solution than we got it. The dog owner didn't actually examine the home on starting. We discovered the next day he was keeping our $375 deposit declaring we dirtied the new bath. Firstly, we didn't dirty the new bath, we employed it under normal conditions also it might have had regular deterioration. We were informed there is waste left within the bathtub??? We're adult very intelligent people. Subsequently, & most notably, the bathtub is outdoors, and unprotected (i.E.in yard w / no lock on address with no fencing and house-sits somewhat off major street). The dog owner examination occurred oneday later, and something might have occurred towards the bathtub between whenever we quit so when the dog owner examined.

That Is really sad, our $375 deposit was unjustly obtained from us. The dog owner/supervisor declined to go over the problem and questioned me to prevent calling him.

I'd NOT suggest for anybody to complete business with Waya Leases.
