Doors fallen apart

We purchased double 8ft doors for our entrance and there fallen apart. We were told they had a l0 year warranty and they came white. We called company and they said we didn't paint and the warranty is voided. We didn't get any documentation regarding requirement to paint and indeed wanted them the color we recieved them. We called them like we informed from email to contact their warranty dept and they keep saying a call prior that voided warranty was made in their system. We never voided any warranty and would of needed to be inform of such requirement to paint if required. Please assist us in getting our doors repaired or replaced before our kids get a heavy door fallen on them.
