Refund - Carpet

7-7-11 I placed an order for outdoor carpeting on my deck, porch & steps. When the crew came to install it they said the deck etc was unstable/unsafe & would not install the product. I have submitted three messages on their website with the promise that the Customer Service Dept. Would get back to me. Three phone calls with (my manager will get back to you). Same as before. I put a $400.00 deposit on my Mastercard and feel that a refund should be issued at once. Previously they have installed carpet/flooring in two houses that I own. NO MORE!
