Poorly Maintained Property

I have made numerous complaints. The latest being the motor burned up in heater/air conditioner. I called on the 19 she saaid she would call me back & didn't. Finally called back sat & no response then sun she & her husband (he does the maintaince work) came and he said I quote im not sure but I have to call the company I get parts from. I will call you Monday or Tuesday. I have called 2 more times and no respo. I have an almost 7 month old in my home. I have a monitor that tells me the temp and it reads upwards of 80 degrees. I have also complained about the door in cold weather staying half open from the cement rising. I have also sever times been without water. I have a hallway light that is shorted out. The fridge freezes food they know about all but the hallway light. I also prepaid rent due to pregnancy and the one rent check got lost at post office and she threatened to turn me in to collections even though I had prepaid money on my account.
