Run away! Do not use advanced access! They will rip you off!

I have been lied to multiple times since I signed up! The customer sales rep was telling me several false informations such as: they will set up my website for me, I will be on the front page of all the search engines for no extra charge, and more! I paid 79 dollars for the start up fee and then 49.95 a month. He also never told me there was any sort of contract! I paid my 79.00, and 49.95 a month for 9 months now and my website STILL IS NOT DONE!!! WHat a joke! I've tried to get out of my contract, i've sent a dozen emails to the "managers" and "supervisors" detailing how I would like my website laid out in great detail and it's STILL NEVER BEEN DONE! They will not let me out of my contract, so I'm stuck for three more months! What a scam! ALso, the customer service is a total joke! They are not 24 hours a day, they are done working at 3pm, and you have to be very lucky to get anyone on the phone to help. When they are on the phone, they are also helping people on live chat and vice versa, so you NEVER get someone's full attention. Thus, I sit with a horrible website that does not work at all. I also paid a lot of money in advertising for people to see my website and it's an embarrassment. BUYER BEWARE! Go to a site that charges 6 dollars a month and get better service and a better website!
