Sold me a House They knew Need to be Demolished

I bid on a house in early April. They told me they do not sell houses that are condemnable or uninhabitable and then they sold me one. A three bedroom 1883 square foot house had me sign all the contracts and send all the money for it and then asked me today if I wanted to proceed with the closing because the house has to be demolished. This is a SCAM!

I expect all of the money I spent including wiring fees copying fees and faxing fees returned to me. I am extremely upset! Honestly if they were a good company they would find me a comparable property for the same price but then again this is a scam and not a good company.
