I got behind because of some unseen events. Tried a repayment plan at an additional 1100 per month. They forclosed, i filed bankruptcy to sell house. Sold house tried to close and they added 53,000 in fees to my account. Fees cant be explained by anyone at homecomings.
Im in chapter 7 now and Fees are covered under the law. However they will not release fees and let me close on this house, Because they found out what house is really worth and continue to stop the sale.
