We hire a storage from southpointe flats. The storage costs an additional 25o along with our rent. The top leaks. Weve asked them to repair it many times. The dripping water has destroyed my 2000 bed and all the containers around it. Along with the leaky ceiling you will find countless subjects. Every package has rat feces. You cant action a base on the floor without walking in rat droppings. Weve set barriers and captured some of them. Weve informed house administration in addition to preservation plus they WOn't do something about this. They explained thats why we've renters insurance. Well. Renters insurance doesnt cover wear and tear. That will be the top. Plus they don't cover insects. All my clothes. My furniture. Photos bicycle. My mattress anything is ruined with no one is prepared to assist me. They change hands each week it appears as though. I reported towards the supervisor and also the additional supervisor simply looked down and provided no apologies or help. They certainly know whats going on. We cant function as the only storage to possess subjects.
