NEVER AGAIN - all flooring

Used Smart Carpet when I bought my house. The carpet faded - and I was told to contact Mohawk. We all know that is not how the warranty works -AFTER ONLY 9 MONTHS. Then I was told my carpet was dirty. I know dirt from fade, not to mention it was Dennis the Menace, which can take clorox! That issue was never resolved. My other rug was cut short and after 2 yrs of fighting, they finally replaced it. I gave this company another chance (as did my 'sorry' daughter) to do vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The arrogant salesman demanded a check for a product he could not promise delivery on, and if he could, maybe 4-6 weeks and when told I wanted to wait until morning when he could verify delivery - HE said I WASTED HIS TIME, a check immediately or he would not waste another trip. A very nasty argument went on until my husband threw him out. On top of that, he refused to give a quote on removal of tile that was down and insisted we use 'HIS PEOPLE'instead of company workers to save money. I am sure a kick back was in his pocket for that one. SO - on top of poor quality rugs, not standing behind their product or their work, their reps are not welcome to be in my dog's house let alone mine. P.S. Empire did a fantastic job - THE NEXT DAY - LESS MONEY
