Smart Carpet is a disaste

Dont ever use smart carpet to change your flooring in your home!!! We called to get our house rugs changed, and the customer service was a disaster. They tell you that the "padding" is included in the price, but when you actually want to keep the old one, they don't discount it. If you want to remove the carpet yourself (which actually is a cinch) they barley even discount the price. When comparing to Home Depot, or Lowes, you probably will get a much better deal. They purposely hang up on you when you call for a configuration in the contact. The installers lied to us about the refund when you call. They seemed very confident when they said that the company will refund the money.

If you choose not to take my advice, then suit yourself. But I would recommend that you read the contract word for word, and ask about the prices in the different categories.
