We hired STAN SILVER OF PREMIER DESIGN BUILDERS of Riverwoods, Illinois. As of today May 8, I have a lien on my home because Stan Silver my general contractor, never paid the workers at my home. Most of the work done at MY HOME has to be redone, Why, because he hired people who didnt know what they were doing. He had different people on my permits that never were at my house. Had an unlicensed plumber do my plumbing, who then messed up bad, having my husband with his foot thru the kitchen ceiling. This guy STAN SILVER is bad news, steer clear of him, he will screw you over, too!
