I had a new roof installed by Home Depot during the summer. Subsequently, a leak was discovered around the cooler area. I could not get anyone from the roofing company to investigate, finally had to hire another company to verify where the roof was leaking. The representative from the roofing company and his supervisor have been out several times and promised action. So far, nothing has been accomplished. The customer service line has been no help. They have promised that the the problem would be resolved and damages caused by the leak repaired. It is next to impossible to get them to return a phone call.

Have I mentioned this problem has been ongoing for nearly two months?

I can no longer recommend Home Depot for their home services. They will not get my next project, planned for next spring.
