I was so impressed with every step of the process for my Gurnee home this year. I have kids and they were so accommodating, courteous and clean. Their customer service is phenomenal! The painters were outstanding. I talked to Jean several times and she was so pleasant and knew exactly what to was going on. Joe was very professional and followed through with everything he promised. Their interior designer is very helpful and knowledgeable. I could not have had a better experience with them! I had a horrible experience with painters before and I would never trust to use anyone but them.

The negative reviews really surprised me. My thought is that it must be different people than I was dealing with because there was no way it could have been the same folks that worked with me. Would I recommend them? Already have and will always! All my friends have used them and love them as well.
