We shifted from the Sandridge Apartments in Wilmington about 6 months before. I'll stay glued to simply the reality. The area is aged as well as in dis-fix. There's lots of crisis within the complex ie; domestic conflicts, offense, police exercise etc. Administration yeses one to death and does nothing! I'd instead obtain a number, when compared to a phoney solution. The devices smell and have to be changed, Sandridge does not let you know that the trash and water can cost you about 80 bucks a month and because the windows within the location were so poor, our electrical bill was nearly $150 monthly! The rug within our condo was filthy and moldy. The shades were aged and crumbling, our range was a pice of crap, this location is noisey with trains, fod horns and sirens regularly. Oh and also the atmosphere also smells becasue of producing regional. Not the sandridge flats problem but nonetheless another cause not to reside there.
