Bank of America provides mortgage loan modification for individuals who have been in need of aid.

However I really believe they're discriminating against my community, because it is just a low-income black group they WOn't assist us. Our mortgage was initially with

Country-Wide and because BAC required it over they've stated we never settled our mortgage; complicated to my husband & I. We've paperwork also it gets better

We were informed that people don't have any revenue, nor forsee our finances improving! My spouse works 2 fulltime careers our regular revenues is 5000.

BAC will not return any phone set a purchase day on our house with no updates statements they attempted to contact us however the telephone numbers provided weren't functioning. Ms Kathleen Nygaard whom I've named many times but moves straight directly into voice-mail doesn't return some of my calls, I've received a notice from her that says only lies.

I'm unsure how to proceed at this time, I'm waiting to visit courtroom but haven't received any court times by however, we are able to spend our mortgage plus they are declining to work well with

Us. What're we related to a household of 6 where do we stay? We're considering an attorney. Not just that the mortgage we were spending was used-to purchase BAC legal costs.

I want there is somebody out within this large globe who are able to assist us maintain our house. So far as I view it BAC is saturated in shit and handle minorities like garbage, I'm sorry I'm not bright
