I'd caution any HOA from using the services of this company. I know sent my HOA fees for their Postoffice and passed the check towards the Postal Worker. I will show this. They triggered my home to become put in HOA Foreclosure having a Loan centered on ‘missing’ $150 HOA dues check. I've been calling them to try and collect info for that courtroom reading plus they provide no help. I've delivered numerous emails and named often. I'll revise accordingly.

However, their support happens to be awful. Bad customer support. They don't precisely check community and mine has numerous agreement violations they never cope with.

On my first phone for them the Authorized Contact, Heather Todd, experienced the nerve to insinuate I had been a liar. I'm somebody who settled my fees on time for 11 years and that I am called a liar. Watch out for the corporation if you should be in industry. Whenever you get big like them, you feel unresponsive to clients and self serving.
