On august 14th, we closed a contract with this particular company. That day-we paid the down paymentbwhich was more than 2,000 dollars. Then on august 20th i settled the whole balance to get a total of $10,590plus $365. The on ausust 31st my partner past away. I named them immediately and informed them. I also wrote a letter to the main office and sent them a demise certif. They explained of i'd pay another $695.00 they would i want to from the contract. That means they received $11,650 and that i obtain no refund whatsoever for that 10,590. This really is terrible to take from the widow.
