Wear of material on a living room suite

I purchased a living room suite 2/17/10 and within 6 months the material started fuzzing and wearing. I called Mr. Covino and reported this problem and he was extremely rude and did not want to do anything to correct it. The only satisfaction that I received was from another employee who worked their and due to my persistance, she finally called the company who made the suite. The couch was picked up about a month later and brought back 3 weeks after that. He called within that time period and the only thing that was done to my couch was they "shaved" the material? It did not look any better, still fuzzy. I called Mr. Covino and told him I would report this to the Better Business Bureau and he said to do what I had to do. Later on he called me to tell me he called the company to see what was done and the company told him the the back of the couch and one skirt was replaced. To look at this couch you can tell that NOTHING was done to it! I feel that since the time period that I purchased this suite and it started to get ugly, the furniture should be replaced.
