DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - flat fee mls listing service

This company does not give you what they say they will give you!

They show on their web site that they will list your home on about 50 real estate sites but they actual only list on about 4 if you are lucky.

I wrote them about this and their excuse was that they only list on the MLS and that those other sites are "not in my area"

Well that is just a complete LIE!

I contacted the sites myself and some of them said that they do not pull from the MLS... The Realtor has to personally enter the listing themselves.

And because Fedelity is not about to take the time to personally list the home on those sites... THEY NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL LIST ON THOSE WEB SITES THAT THEY SAY THEY LIST ON!

This company LIES just to get you to give them your money and then they leave you out in the cold!

This company is a joke and a scam! List with another company!
