Crocodiles swimming through my kitchen!

I have been living at Bershire Townhomes in Eastpoint Ga on Washington rd for 3 months. From the first day that I moved in I have had major problems with the apartment, garbage and old couches and chairs setting out back of the property on my patio, to the air not working. Nothing has giving me greater discomfort as the kitchen sink that has been leaking for 3 months. Everyday, I have to empty the neighbors dirty dish water from under MY sink, two days in a row I had to come home to find my kitchen looking like a swamp! I had to mop and clean and disinfect my floor. My carpet in my livingroom and dinning room are drenched and are starting to mildew, smelling and making mne sick to my stomach. The attempted to fix the sink 5 times with an un-professional boot -leg plumber! The yesterday he "fixed" my sink with a WIRE HANGER!"NO MORE WIRE HANGERS!!! I asked the manager can I be transferred to another apartment and she had the nerve to tell me "yes, if i pay $300.00" i DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, SO I AM CONTACTING EVERYBODY FROM tHE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, TO THE NEWS CHANNEL, AND MY NEXT MOVE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
