Sales dept. Gave me wrong info. Before the sale. Support dept. Was very inconvenient, only open the same hours I'm at work. Product performed poorly (HVKit-Outdoor). Support dept. Seemed like they don't care. Took over a month to get a refund. Stay away from them.
