Called to CANCEL an install for an ADT security install after finding out that the advertised amount
cost of 99 for a systems would actually cost 500

Chris Granger failed to ask the proper After checking my bank account I found that they took the liberty of charging my account for the install even though I had cancelled the order. After speaking with a MR Jeff! He said that it would take seven days to refund (we'll see! He was definitley a person that didn't care about the customer) It's disturbing that a place would go ahead and charge you for something they didn't even do start! Very, very disatisfied! Stay away from Gaylord Security, they'll do anything to get your information and force a sale.
