Mini -split - mini split AC

Purchased mini split RG55W single zone unit last august. Used it for 4 months. Condensor coil had a defect. (Chinese made) I have had nothing but trouble from Chris Sirois in Tech Support. Very Rude. Spoke to senior level officer (TOm). Both have done nothing but not help resolve issue. Chris barely can communicate in writing or speaking English. They sent me a condensor for replacement (warranty) and it was merely destroyed in box leaking freon oil. They claimed it was new. A Lie. I sent it back and I have never heard from them again. Will not return my call or emails. Pathetic customer service and I would never recomend any products from this company. I will be filing suit against them and I will get my money back. Buyer beware this company is very horrible and if they try to tell you that I am a competitor, please email me at: dwight_ramsel@att.net and I will prove to you how dishonest this company is. Do not ever buy from this company!
