DON'T RENT FROM CENTRAL PARIS RENTALS: Roxanne and Francis Ledru!!! The images on the site and also the property broker's site ARE FAKE!

You will find a lot of damaging issues I will claim concerning the condo I hired from their website. It had been NOTHING BEATS THE PHOTOS!!! It had been unhygenic, horrible, dirty, saturated in the aged tenantis sh*t, his nail decorations, dust, muck, oil, etc., and also the landlords insisted they employed a couple to wash that condo!!! Exactly what a laugh!

The mattress was damaged, there have been cables chilling out of the wall-socket and cables throughout one aspect of the condo, your kitchen was DEFINITELY HORRIBLE stuffed will aged food, muck, dust, etc.- how you could have perhaps prepared inside it is beyond my creativity.

The windows hadn't been washed in atleast six months. Given that one-wall of the whole condo includes ground to roof windows, this can be a significant problem.

I can continue. I chose to abandon after only evening to be there. The slumlords haven't provided me back the remainder of my cash however plus they demand they were useful (yes right).

Oh yes - I've to say that within the 3 times that I've been below, 2 workers of the landlord have wandered into my condo while I had been half-dressed utilizing their secrets. They turned up without notice or a consultation.
