Safeco Home Owners Insurance
Not Paying Claim for Plumbing Issues

Real Estate

Sewage supported into my cellar from the damaged sewage pipe. Once the plumber arrived on the scene he explained the tube had damaged and must be changed. Our home was built-in 1942 and also the sewage pipes were made from cement that was common for that region. The plumber advised us the duration of these kind of pipes is 60 years. Safeco informed us that people had protection whenever we named them. Today they're stating they'll not purchase harm since the plumber discovered a few bits of tube which were mount backwards. Therefore despite the fact that the pipes survived 10 years longer than their lifetime the insurance provider claims they were mounted improperly plus they are not likely to spend the state for that repairs.
