I am an owner of the unit in the building of Delaware Place and for the last few years your rules are over headed and because of that I could not rent my apartment and had a loss for over 6 month.

The charges for the application on the new person of $150.00 from new renter and $100.00 from an owner of the unit, and if the person I find within few weeks need to move-in immediately, then you charge extra a penalty $50.00 for less then a month sending application to your office and plus $500.00 (refundable) charge to move-in, but the person doesnt have so much at the moment when moving-in, then owner pick up this charges arevery high to pay to Wolin-Levin Management as a extra income.

When I bought these apartment 7 years ago the other management was very pleasant and more flexible

And didnt charge much just to give you an application and enter into computer. I would like to say this is outrages that Wolin-Levin management doing for the building at Delaware Place.

We are in recession time and sometimes the rules should have adjustments to the time as more unemployed people, then as working.

This is my protest for your over-charged services for applications you collecting and I will send this letter to the Real Estate Department.

Many apartments are empty and you absolutely do not care, because you need money now and who cares about the future

The owner unable to rent or sell apartment and the mortgage is over priced and many apartments are foreclosure.
