Horrible Apartments

So we've been living at these apartments for almost a year. Thank god our lease is up in fourteen days. Management is horrible. We noticed there have been cockroaches in the apartment whenever we first moved in. Told the aprtments in the future spray. They made an appointment for people so when they came only put up barriers didn't spray. We've kids in the home i do not need cockroaches below. Lastly when it found really treating the condo again after draining all your cabinets and closets. Assistant manager marvella explained they'd be there within the morning. I thought that might be ok. 3-4 hours from the house throughout the day would've been good children were in school we were working. I'd to call her. 5 pm. They're on the website way. I'd to cancel it. Our kids had school and that i realize they'dnot purchase a hotel. Until today your apt however was not sprayed. Your 2 vehicles and car have been broken into. Preventing and screaming constantly by neighbors. A man got stabbed in the top another morning above us. Fighting in the stairwell. Blood splattered on the wall and cement walkway. Overflowing dumpsters. No protection patrol. My fiance talks small english and needed help having a support problem we were having in our condo. Marvella was alone at work who spoke spanish. She refused to convert their request for the manager who had been standing right close to her. I'd to return and help him while she just sat there having a silly search n her face and her hands crossed. What type of customer service is the fact that? She was pleased to help him when he signed the lease and took our rent and deposit money. Currently called their corporate office and reported however they certainly do not care. I have to find someone greater then them. Don't rent from these apartments!!!
