Will not respond to offer on a short sale

I posted a present on the short-sale on 3/16, named a week later was informed to call-back in per week. I called again on 4-2 & was told they never received it. Delivered it again about the 2Nd. Reduction mitigation stated they didn't have it until 4-5. I've named three times to determine where the present is & by nowadays the 12Th nothing has been completed. So far as I'm worried they deserve to truly have the mortgage foreclosed on. I believe the banks must be the types to pay for the customers once they dismiss an present to be able to conserve the house from likely to foreclosure. I'll be delivering this to my representative & to President Obama & anyone else that may hear.

I'll also make certain I don't suggest the corporation as time goes on to my customers, I'm a genuine estate broker.
