Where do I start... Too many to count

Our first experience with this specific organization I had been informed that I'd over-payments to my bill. I never obtained claims and so I believed that I really could miss a few months then I had been informed that which was not the case and that I was behind many months therefore beginning last September I doubled my funds and was informed that in Jan I ought to be present. Well I had been informed again that I'd to pay for another 200.00 that will provide me present. I simply get a phone stating that I owe per month??? I've been seeking claims to get a very long time. Nowadays they contact me again on my work concerning the supposeable late-payment. Anything isn't correct with this particular organization. I had been informed when I recently moved from another mortgage business that obtaining claims were an issue. They are showing me a myriad of issues. I was advised to place anything written down and also to send them my problems (that we"ll do), however many how in my opinion this is likely to be completed in vain. I am really furious reading each one of these grievances since in my opinion there's a lot of scam happening below and it is simply not me. I really hope the attorney-general gets involved. That is my next thing
