Mortgage Problems

We've had only difficulty in the period we first got out our mortgage with USAA. They instantly moved maintenance to PHH. The very first year our cost was the total amount we closed on for. Following the first-year it shot-up 300 bucks per month which is a fixed VA Mortgage. We fought to help make the funds that will be not what we closed on for in either case we employed anything within our savings and my partners pension to maintain the mortgage present. They've constantly all messed up our escrow account and can't appear to have it right. After decades of battling to help make the new greater cost quantity we informed them we were looking to not have the ability to create our funds within the coming weeks. We were informed to publish a reduction mitigation box... 3 months later we contact them-and are informed they'll possess a work-out arrange for us in three months. We approached them again after getting a notice stating "we can not assist you since your mortgage isn't current (it had been current) however within the next phrase the notice claims "the main reason we can not assist you is the fact that your mortgage is Present". The repetition @ the organization stated they mightnot support a person with a Virginia mortgage and so I approached a Virginia property therapist who mentioned it was a set out rest which PHH gets a stipend for exercising Va Loans. We've today overlooked our first cost and named and were informed they mightnot support us until we posted another box and were 2 funds behind. The woman continued to express that there's nothing they are able to do anyways since it is just a VA Mortgage plus they can't support us... I informed her I understood this to be always a rest and he or she got rude with me and hung-up on me. Worse Organization ACTUALLY!!!
