Scam/Complaint

Based on assurances I received from this company, I have tile layers scheduled today. As of this morning, I've been on the phone for 30 minutes and "QualityFlooring4less" can't even tell me where their Denver Warehouse is. According to the person trying to delay me, it's a 10K sq ft facility and because of the size, they can't have phones there & WHAT?!?!?!?!?

I'm finding out the hard way - you get what you pay for.

My recommendation - if you can plan months and months ahead - Q4Less is a cheap supplier — if you're like me and prefer to work with a reputable company, you probably want to go elsewhere and spend a few more $
