I was reluctant to make such a big and important purchase such as wood flooring for my entire house on the internet, but I am so pleased with the experience and the outcome. The savings were phenomenal! The customer support was outstanding. I don't think Lowe's or Home Depot would've guided us step-by-step through the process like David from qualityflooring4less.com did. He was so helpful and patient. When we were short on materials (I was an emotional wreck), David (calm, cool, and collected) went above and beyond to get us the extra flooring and glue we needed the very next morning. I can't say enough nice things about David. He really came through for us when we needed him... Even though he was hundreds and hundreds of miles away.
