Mr. Jeff Cutler, operator of Mortgage Resource Immediate and today with Amerisave Mortgage was my agent of my mortgage refinancing. He needed a. 25% of replacing quantity like a deposit whic I settled by creditcard. He assured me he may return the cash once the mortgage is authorized and financed.

The refinancing mortgage hasbeen authorized and funded last December or more to today, I've not received my reimbursement. I've attempted lots of occasions to get hold of him, via email and telephone calls, but I've not noticed from him since final.

I'd advice all candidates especially utilizing Zillow estimates to prevent this agent. He's really shady and that I don't need anyone not obtaining their cash back.
