Chase So Far So Good

I see a lot of negative reviews here and am now wondering if I'm destined for the same bad result. I just modified on the phone without a problem. The guy seemed nice and didn't give me sh%t for not making my payments. But it almost seems to good to be true. I have to wait for a package and was told I would have to submit two pay stubs, two months of bank statements, and a utility statement to prove I live in the home. I guess we'll see. I saved about $450 per month which puts me right where I need to be. Very interesting. I wonder if they are just getting us to pay a little more while they are still proceding with the forclosure. Since when does a bank not take a payment and then send it back? This has lie written all over it. Like I said before... We'll see.
