It has been over 1 1/2 that I applied for a home loan modication with Wells Fargo as I am suffering a hardship in Arizona. The one and only offer I received 1 day ago is to extend the length of my loan by an additional 10 years - how is this a help as this only increases my debt and puts more $ in their pocket! Does anyone have a name and number for an affordable attorney? I have sent numerous letters and like others have spent countless hours on the phone with less than experienced representatives who speak of the "mystery investory" and the "mystery negotiatior". I have also reached out to the Office of the President and again no concrete help. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
