Wells Fargo Mortgage
Fixed rate mortgage payment keeps rising by 600 to 1200 dollars

We have had Wells Fargo for 3 years. We have a fixed rate but our mortgage keeps increasing. Anywhere from 600 - 1200 dollars. They claim this is due to taxes but the assessors office states our taxes have not increased that much. Wells fargo states they have to "estimate" what taxes will be and the assessors office states Wells Fargo cannot do that. We have never received a refund. We are now behind on payments because we cannot pay these ridiculous increases. We need help to find the truth and put this fraudulent company out of business.
