Religious Kohl with Gold Crown Property Mangement named my parents detailing he might market their timeshare in Branson, MO in less than 14 days. All-they needed to do was spend $1,194 upfront. Mr. Kohl stated he'd overnight the agreement within the email, which they never obtained. Our mother named me hesitant to provide the corporation this amount of cash. After I talked with Mr. Kohl and investigated Gold Overhead on the web, I decided these were a ligitiment organization. I named Mr. Kohl myself and offered him my charge card info for that $1,194. Our parents never obtained the agreement or have we had the opportunity to obtain one to contact us back. It has been happening for more than 4 weeks now. I've talked with another organization that has directed me to get hold of my charge card organization to document a fake statement. Our issue is, what option do we've from this organization and just how may I get my money-back?
