Does anybody know when there is a-class action fit developing regarding Festiva Qualities. The various emails -simply on this website alone-confirm to its misleading sales hype. I have yet to obtain something useful through PERIOD (that was "assured" throughout the sales hype). The hay that smashed the camels back may be the escalation in maintenance fees.
The 2010 fees are ~30% raise over last-year's... The party-line is the fact that multiple-homeowners hae defaulted on the preservation contract last year. Putting their qualities into standard. What's happening and just how to prevent it.
Is there ANY REGULATION team available prepared to assist the Festiva "Journey" Team owners. Please contact me
