Unwilling to negotiate/runaround

During business recession because of economy we were compelled to document individual bankruptcy in January. Through the whole procedure we did get thirty days behind on mortgage but have extended to create complete funds including overdue fee each month since. Wells Fargo has become threatening foreclosure if we're not present by 12/15/09.

We've called repeatedly during the last many months and also have been informed numerous issues from ostensibly move lb mud through we've nothing to be worried about until we get 3 months behind. We've created many presents to try and get present over a period of time of time-but they're bent on continuing along the foreclosure route.

Unlike the things they attempt to let you know through the news headlines stations this type of person really reluctant to work well with you when you have a house with great collateral placement.
