Sat on my 7 short sale offers for 3.5 months forcing foreclosure!

Wells Fargo initially skip-determined my escrow account — once they fixed it, it lifted my mortgage by 1/3 without notice. Following a year 5 of attempting to match the brand new mortgage plus escrow, I had been compelled to promote my home.

I came across eight (7!!) customers — one with MONEY for my home — and Wells Fargo lay about the presents for 3.5 weeks. From the period they ultimately replied, all the customers choose to go — and also the their foreclosure division had started the foreclosure procedure though it was their very own namesakeis neglect that triggered the wait.
