Aurora Loan Providers has fraudulenty stated they'll think about a mortgage loan modification. Aurora & Green Tree maintain my 1st and 2nd mortgages. Following a genuine difficulty (spouse with cancer), Aurora constantly dropped paperwork and refused our mortgage loan modification demands for 8 weeks, defaulted and ideas to foreclose on our house Dec. 8th. They filled our overdue quantity from what it factually is of 28K to 70K, they filled debt quantities to state we could not pay the mortgage. Green Tree is just a laugh. The prentended to publish my loan modification and refused US-based on "no communicaton." they just quantity they'd for all of US was my cell that will be on my 24/7. They NEVER named and state I had been not answering calls.

I'm thinking about joining ANY Course Acton Suit against either of those legal corporations. These businesses can't obtain a away with this particular any more!!! Their methods are illegal, unjust, inhumane. They have to be carefully researched.
