Everytime I contact to publish a state I get transferred throu their program many times simply to be placed on store and also the phone ultimately disconects. I bought this course of action 9/17, in my own agreement there is A - 20 time waiting time before you can sumit a state. I bought the program with my social safety check cash when I am disabeled. I named 10/12/09 and also the customer sevice office explained it had been a pre existing issue, they never actually sent a sevice individual. Who owns the organization is just a Wayne craig he'll not return my calls, the unusual point is each time I contact there I actually donot believe I talk to significantly more than mabey 5 different people. I worked in a lender for 30 years about the telephone, personally I think I will distingish various features and sounds. I've approached the mayors office, FTC, Better Business agency. I'm today awaiting a return phone in the Customer Service Dept. Of the mayor's office. Fraud department, there has been numerous grievances with this organization from all around the nation. I suppose this can you need to be another mature citizin ripp-off beware.
