Insurance Scam BOA Fraud

Bank of America (BOA) Insurance Fraud. I then found out in 11 that BOA was debiting $20 per month from my bill. I had been amazed to discover they'd been debiting it for more than 2 years. I called BOA to obtain the number towards the lender plus they explained it had been Wise Action and offered me their quantity. I named and informed them used to do not purchase something from their store and hadn't obtained and unintended life plan. At that time I believed that is a fraud and informed the individual at BOA insurance to deliver me my plan. I also informed him to prevent debiting from my bill. Used to do not obtain something within the email which found my interest again in March 08. I dropped my work and again named and required them to prevent plus they didn't. I named my lender plus they stated that I'd to deal with it myself plus they wouldn't return the cash they cheated from me. Annuallyapproximately later I spoke to some department supervisor who explained that Wise Action is really a BOA organization and also to document a deceptive state and that I did. Long story short BOA and BOA insurance wouldn't return my significantly more than $500 they got out-of my consideration and BOA wouldn't return the thousands in facility costs specifically associated with this. Today I don't possess a banking account and my credit continues to be suffering from this. I'm likely to proceed to combat BOA and BOA insurance and document grievances using the bank fee in NC (the organization headquarters of BOA) with the Greater Business Office. Perhaps if enough folks come forward we are able to quit BOA.
