False late fees

This headache began when Vericrest obtained CIT, about a few months before. I received a notice from their store declaring I'd a stability of around $2oo. After I named to ask I talked having a really inexperienced, undertrained man who'd no idea what he was referring to, after rambling on with him for some moments, i requested to consult with a boss. She advised me that once they aquired the mortgage from my former mortage business, (CIT), they examined my consideration and found the final outcome I owed many late charges in the last decades that, CIT, didnt gather on. Annoyed, I told this lady, I've not been overdue on my mortage of course if I had been late the costs were compensated or these were integrated into my theory stability. I expected her to provide me times, when I maintain documents of the day I create all of my mortage payments. She advised me-she might just look-back many months and may not provide me the exacts but might deliver me out a cost record. I advised her, I dont require a cost record but she'll have to provide me precise times if she believes I'm likely to spend one cent of those trumped-up late fees. She informs me she'll forward the info to a different division and they'll consider it.
