Administration not solving problems in house

The administration of the building I hire will not deal with small accessories required in my own condo. I've been requesting them since May to please deal with these things (surfaces are breaking and three of my windows wont keep on their very own). I usually spend my lease promptly and not have provided them any cause to protest about me, however they simply decline repair these things.
