Don't hire a flat from Lyon Administration! (www.lyonapartments.com). I rented flats for in a large number of locations; not have a handled a far more selfish condo organization. The corporation is going to do whatever they are able to to obtain mney from you. They cost key costs, they've handles external suppliers to tear you down once you have transferred in, and much more. They cause you to purchase the Garbage individually. You have to also spend your personal Water statement?! You have to also spend your personal Sewage! You have to also spend Warmth for that condo complex, after which you have to also provide your personal personal heating bill. We're simply starting out. You have to also spend Something Charge to Lyon Administration each month to possess that power converted into warmth so that your water could be warmed. You have to also spend another arbitrary Service-Fee (for nothing). You have to also spend a $10 New bill charge for several of those. You have to also purchase a washing card, $10 service charge. And also the washing is $2.50 per weight. Bear in mind many of these costs are concealed before you have approved the rental contract. The flats are crap too.
