Condo includes a plan that allows separate towing businesses to enter closed gates. Towing businesses are permitted to pull to get a number of small crimes which damage no body, i. E expired permit label, broken tail-light, etc. Circumstances such as this, to some reasonable individual, recommend a kick-back scenario of some kind. Condo rents primarily to university students, single-parent households, yet others who'd be viewed "low-income" people.
