I've a mortgage with CITIMORTGAGE, Consideration # 0002058826-5 Lori W Snyder, I published a professional notice about 8 weeks before, no body approached me back. I went broke more than 5 years back, my spouse had many back surguryis I had been compelled to get this done tredegy to the household, than I losted my great work a went from 12.00 with benifets to 6.00 an hour or so like a salesperson, I never was overdue on no funds actually. Than I'd a course, by-weekly I recognized I really couldnot do this until my bk was released, but my mortgage wasn't in my own bankruptsy, I settled my cost, never overdue, but nothing continued my primary. I requested again and again, citi couldnt tell me no solution, simply put it in my own encounter, I went BR like I earned no pricipal on my mortgage. Than Citi, weeks before they created an error, a we were overdue? We were never overdue, actually period we named in customer support they'd claim we shall go down, the following month it never occurred! Please support I don't understand what else to complete you are able to just keep in touch with customer support a lot of occasions with no reaction!
