Horrible experience

EC Monetary (large financial company) named me and persuaded me to reject a I had been going to shut on with another bank, to refinance through them with flagstar bank. We experienced the prelimiary material, signing the RESPA documents, a $350 evaluation and other data demands. We'd the price secured and we were 'great to togo' to make use of their terms. We'd the evaluation and also have not noticed from their website again. It cost $350 for that appriasal and today no one calls back and that I can't-get touching them.
